Sardinia Natural Park Tours, hereinafter referred to as (SNPT), offers boat tours to Cala Goloritzè and its surroundings.
SNPT reserves the right to change routes, departures, arrivals, and locations when marine weather conditions, unsafe areas, or other types of events do not permit safe and harmonious navigation and the execution of excursions and/or tours.
The captain is always in command; safety is paramount.
By purchasing a ticket, tour, or excursion with SNPT, you accept all terms and conditions.
Article 2 - Excursions, boat tours
Boat tours and excursions are regular tours that can be purchased through our website and/or our partners via our website or partner websites, via WhatsApp, by phone, or by email. At ticket shops, a maximum of 12 tickets can be purchased per boat/RIBs, or multiple tickets if on a motor vessel.
Excursions and boat tours in Sardinia take place outdoors; customers must provide the necessary clothing to be used appropriately for the chosen tour.
Passengers, including groups for tours and/or excursions, must present themselves 30 minutes before departure at the check-in point agreed upon in the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled without any refund.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly forbidden on board.
Passengers should keep in mind that boarding the boat involves stepping down from the dock onto a step. Unfortunately, the boat is not wheelchair accessible.
There are no toilets on board the large inflatables. Toilets are available at the boarding point. Toilets are available on board the motor vessel Falco della Regina.
Article 3 - Rental and Charter of Boats and Ribs
The minimum rental and/or charter duration is one and a half hours. Catering services must be confirmed and paid 7 days before departure via bank transfer. Exceptions can only be made with the consent of SNPT.
When renting from SNPT, the captain is always included.
Renting an entire boat exclusively is only possible via email, contact form, or WhatsApp document.
It is not possible to sub-lease or sub-rent our properties to other parties.
Article 4
For regular trips, there are no waiting times. This means that if you have purchased a ticket and arrive too late at the boarding point, the boat will not wait for you. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund for your ticket.
For exclusive tours, the captain will wait up to 15 minutes. After this time, the group will be considered a no-show. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund of the boat rental amount, as indicated on the invoice, nor for any ordered catering (if applicable).
If the group arrives late, the captain will decide whether to cancel or depart. Any delays caused by the group will be deducted from the total travel time.
Article 5
Weather conditions may lead to the cancellation of the contract (e.g., severe thunderstorms and/or high water or bad weather) hindering or making the cruise impossible. The captain determines in the first instance if such conditions apply.
In case of improper behavior, even caused by alcohol consumption, the captain has the right to suspend or immediately interrupt the trip. Persons who are already deemed under the influence of alcohol/drugs at the start of the tour will be denied access to the boat. The client’s payment obligation remains in this case.
Alcohol consumption for those under 18 is prohibited. SNPT reserves the right to request a photo ID.
Passengers must follow all instructions from SNPT or its employees promptly and without delay. Access to vessels and docks may be denied without a reason being provided, should SNPT deem it necessary, for example, in relation to capacity, safety, public order, or the imminent threat of damage or nuisance.
Article 6 - Sardinia Natural Park Tours Responsibility
SNPT is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of passenger property. Passengers bring all their property aboard at their own risk.
SNPT is not responsible for damage to persons and/or property of passengers caused by entering or boarding a dock or vessel. Passengers enter these areas entirely at their own risk.
Article 7 - Passenger Responsibility
The passenger is responsible for damages caused by the passenger to property used by SNPT or third parties.
All activities organized by SNPT are undertaken entirely at the passengers’ own risk and peril.
Article 8 - General Responsibility

Children are the responsibility of their parents. Children under 4 years old must sit on their parents’ laps. A life jacket can be provided upon request.
Should SNPT be unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, there is no right to reimbursement or compensation.

If the deficiency is not resolved within a reasonable period and affects the quality of the agreement or activity, this must be reported to SNPT as soon as possible.
If the complaint is not handled satisfactorily on site, it can be submitted in writing to SNPT within 14 days from the end of the agreement or activity. A clearly specified account of the complaints should be provided.
